How we deliver Floatation therapy:-
The pods are pre-filled with a carefully balanced Epsom salt solution, maintained at body temperature for optimal relaxation. You can customise your experience with optional lighting and music or enjoy complete peace, creating the perfect environment for your needs, with pod lid open or closed for greater sensory depravation.

CONTRAST THERAPY combines alternating between our healing Infrared Saunas and our Chilled Ice Baths to dilate and constrict blood vessels, improving and enhancing the body's circulatory systems giving the body a full retune!

HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY (or HBOT) is used for many different things; we have clients using it to help with recovery from operations, to help reduce aging, for pain relief, to reduce inflammation, help with various health conditions and many more benefits.
Our HBOT soft shell chamber is pressurised to 1.4 ATA for each session.
Once at full pressure, almost pure oxygen is delivered via face mask for 30mins, 60mins or 90mins, depending on session booked.
Excellent therapy to help speed up recovery from injury, illness and general physical and mental well-being 😁
HBOT Loyalty card options available for returning customers who undergo multiple sessions.

We have 3 rooms:-
*Our dark styled room has a single float pod, single Infrared sauna, and chilled ice bath.
*Our light styled room has a double float pod, double Infrared sauna, and chilled ice bath, perfect for couples or mate dates!
*Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber room:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy...flood your body with oxygen and heal from the inside out!
