New Class starting at GMAC Fitness, Circuit, stretching, movement pads and bag work all to improve health and mental wellbeing get yourself along .

Date : Tuesday 10th February
Time: 7pm- 8pm.
Age 16 +
Price £8 per session pay on the night .

Yes we have moved our Thursday to a Wednesday.

Hi Giys New times for the kids classes for the remainder of the School Summer holidays:

Mondays
6:30pm -7:15pm

Thursdays
6:30pm -7:15pm

The kids will get a small time on the mat with the seniors which will help with there Judo see u all Monday 😁
