Last chance today for the Beginners Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Block starting tomorrow.
Course is aimed at beginners with little to no experience. All fitness levels are catered for and there is no age limit for starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Come and learn a new sport/hobby and get fitter in the process. Great mental stimulation as you will always be problem solving.
