✨ This is what consistency looks like after having three beautiful babies. ❤️
The changes from the first photos to the second were huge, but what I love most is that the progress didn’t stop there. The changes from the second set to now may seem smaller, but they’re still happening every single day.
Body composition is changing, weight is coming down, inches are being lost, and strength and confidence are growing. 💪
Progress isn’t always dramatic, and it doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process. Small actions repeated over time create incredible results.

✨ 5 weeks ago my amazing client felt a little deflated because she couldn’t see much change… but these photos tell a completely different story! 🔥 Just look at the difference with only 2.6kg lost – proof that the scales never tell the full story. Inches down, body shape changing, confidence growing, and most importantly she’s feeling incredible in her wedding dress ahead of the big day 💍🤍. I’m so proud of everything she’s achieved and so grateful to have been part of her journey. This is exactly why consistency always wins. We’ve got 6 weeks to go and I know she’s going to walk down that aisle feeling amazing. So buzzing for you❤️✨

After smashing another incredible 8 weeks of Bootcamp 🔥, some of us headed over to Viking Heat Retreat and what a perfect way to celebrate!
There were plenty of laughs, lots of relaxation, and so many happy faces 😃. One of the best things about this community is being able to connect outside of Bootcamp, switch off, and enjoy spending time together.
Tonight has been such an amazing evening with some of the best people, and I’m so proud to have such incredible members. You guys are what makes this community so special ❤️. Your support, encouragement, and the friendships you build are what make it so much more than just a Bootcamp.
