Some people just go above and beyond. π
Jamie helped set up, ran an incredible 53:05 around the MacTuffX course, jumped in to help judge, captured photos throughout the event, and then stayed behind to help with the breakdown too.

Looks simple. Feels anything but.
200 metres carrying a sandbag overhead, testing your shoulder endurance, core strength and mental grit before you head back out onto the track.
