A special evening of reflection, remembrance and connection as we mark Baby Loss Awareness Week. Joined by Sarah Puddin’s Lantern Booking via GymSync.

25 OCT HF X DUKES: THE SANGA SESSION
11:30am–1pm
Workout. Music. Sangas. Cakes. Good vibes.
Our first HF x Dukes collaboration, with all proceeds going to the HF charity pot.

Our final gym challenge of the year. Two weeks of accountability, movement and a chance to get your hands on some HF merch.

We love the challenge and want nothing more than to help you feel capable and confident. If we’re unsure about something, we won’t blag it, we’ll go away, find out and do our best to support you.

Thanks to everyone who took part, bingo provided us with a real focus over the busy summer period. Every mention, story reshare and bring a friend helped to keep the buzz around the gym during summer. You also helped more people recognise what this place and community is all about ❤️ huge thank you HF.

Now we re-settle in our routines this month we will be working on a an autumn-winter challenge 💪🏻

August Gym Bingo-You’ve Been Amazing
What a month! 🥁

So many of you got stuck in!

Some serious commitment and effort. But what we’ve loved most is seeing the fun, determination and community spirit that came with it

An incredible number of you managed to complete all 9 cards.
The effort, yes, but also the fun that came with it, the post-workout floor selfies, coaches being asked for selfies like celebrities, and some seriously creative interpretations of the ‘bring a friend’ challenge! 😂

You challenged yourselves to do things you thought you couldn’t, from getting to the gym 5 days a week to finding a friend to bring and fitting in two visits in one day.

It was also brilliant to see members proudly bringing friends and family into the Hayloft space and sharing a place that means so much to them.

And a special mention to those who battled through the world of Instagram stories despite having absolutely no idea what they were doing. We salute you.

More importantly, Gym Bingo gave you a reason to make time for yourself during a busy summer, whether that meant working around kids, holidays, work or whatever else life threw at you.

You did not go unrecognised- whether you got bingo, completed a few squares, or simply used the challenge as a reason to prioritise yourself a little more this summer. You should be proud of the effort you put in.

To us, it’s important to welcome every level of fitness but especially the women who walk through our doors feeling like a true beginner.

We understand how much courage it can take to send that first message. To book that first session. To step into a room where you might feel unsure, intimidated or like everyone else knows what they’re doing.

And we understand the mental strength it takes to keep showing up, especially on the days when progress feels slow and everything feels like it’s working against you.

But this is where you break through.

With the right support. The right energy. And the right women around you.

Fitness becomes so much more than how you want to look. It becomes an investment in how you feel, how you think, and how you see yourself.

You don’t have to be fit to start.

You just have to be brave enough to begin. 🤍

Thank you SKP for trusting us to show you the way. You have been super inspiring to many after you and have made an incredible long term difference to your health and fitness. 🙏

Forget pink & pretty.

This room is built on grit.

Every woman in here is carrying something you’ll likely never see.

Pressure. Pain. Responsibility. Expectations. Sacrifice.

Yet she still walks through the door.

Still puts in the work.

Still refuses to quit.
