Hello 👋🏼 I’m Charlotte!
The owner of Bounce Gloucester and . Mum of two boys and a health and wellness coach .
I teach all classes Monday to Wednesday across both venues and pride my class on being beginner friendly and child friendly! (You’ll also find a ‘back up’ box in the ladies toilets for ‘oops moments’ 🤭)
I’ve been teaching bounce for 7 years and love e it as a mix of cardio, hiit and toning.
So grab a girlfriend and give it a go. It’s like going ‘out’ without the high heels and hangover ☺️💕
