Closing the Chapter
Starting a new chapter is exciting.

It’s about finishing well, so you don’t carry unnecessary weight into what’s next.

When Sunday Stops Feeling Heavy
I slept well.
�On a Sunday.
That used to be rare.
Now, as I focus on building my business,�that heaviness has gone.
Not because it’s easier, but because I feel aligned with what I’m building�and how I’m leading myself within it.
That’s what self-leadership gives you.
Not a life without challenge, but a steadiness within it.

Not having the “Sunday feeling” anymore is a relief.
But it was never just about the job.
It was about how I was leading myself within it.
Overriding what I knew.
�Carrying too much.
�Filling every space with “shoulds.”
The shift came when I stopped doing that and started trusting myself more.
Self-leadership isn’t situational.
�It goes with you wherever you are.

The Shift…
I used to dread Sunday evenings.
The overthinking.
�The restless sleep.
�The quiet sense of “here we go again.”
Even working part-time, it was there.
Now, it’s different.
�Calmer. Lighter. More hopeful.
Not just because I’ve changed what I do�but because I chose to listen to what wasn’t working and lead myself through that change.
Sometimes self-leadership isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about paying attention.
