Well, when training from home the LAST thing you want to be worrying about is damaging and scuffing your flooring or patio, and this is why our rubber coated bumper plates are the perfect option!

The coating gives them a slight bounce as opposed to a pure cast iron plate that would damage the floor no doubt if it landed fast from a height. The bumper plates are colour coordinated which looks great but also makes selecting the correct weight so much easier than just having to look for the raised numbers.

Currently, we have two 13kg flywheel spin bikes in store. A perfect choice for a smoother cycle with a much more realistic resistance. It had an LCD screen which can track your heart rate, time, speed, distance and calories burnt. It also has an adjustable seat and handle bar height and a bottle holder. The resistance dial allows you to press down on it to break which is extremely handy! There is also a removable holder on the handlebars which can perfectly fit your phone or tablet in - cycling which watching your favourite TV programme is a great option to increase your daily expenditure! 🤗
