🧡💙 We are absolutely in love with our new equipment from Tumbl Trak! 💙🧡

We’ve already seen such a huge difference in our gymnasts — not only in the skills they’re developing, but in their confidence to try, practise and progress. 🫶🏻

A massive thank you to Tumbl Trak for giving us the opportunity to have this incredible equipment in our gym. We are genuinely so grateful! 💙

Everything is so thoughtfully designed and incredibly versatile, giving our coaches so many different ways to create progressions, drills and preparations across our classes. 🤸‍♀️

Most importantly, our gymnasts absolutely love using it — and seeing their confidence grow has been amazing. 🧡💙

🚧 Roadworks Update 🚧

You may have noticed road closure signs have been put up near the gym stating that Eastern Avenue will be closed from 8:00pm this week, due to the construction of the new Costco entry.

We’ve spoken directly with the developers, who have confirmed that only the southbound side (Halfords/Starbucks side) will be closed this week.

You will still be able to access the gym and Chancel Close after 8:00pm, so all classes will continue as normal with no changes to the timetable.

For anyone who would normally travel south down Eastern Avenue after leaving the gym, we understand that a diversion will be in place via Barnwood - Church Lane - Coney Hill Road - Metz Way.

Our Adult Gymnastics sessions return from Monday 7th September! 🎉

Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to gymnastics after a few years away, or just looking for a fun way to keep fit and learn new skills, everyone is welcome.

Come along, work at your own pace and enjoy 90 minutes in the gym with our experienced coaches.

☀️ Summer Break for Adult Gymnastics! ☀️

Our Adult Gymnastics classes are now taking a well-earned break for the summer holidays.

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined us this year. It’s been fantastic to see so many adults learning new skills, building confidence and having fun in the gym!

We’ll be back in September, ready for another great term.
