It is so important to consider how we speak to ourselves. We're often our own harshest critics 'I should be/have *insert endless list of things we definitely don't need to be or have*' or 'i wish I had...' and this can cause us to compare ourselves to other women. You're never going to be that woman and she's never going to be you, that's what makes us all so beautiful - that we're different and we have our own qualities.
