We are looking for a new tennis coach for Tubbs Turf! We have a junior wanting to learn how to play, but I’m sure there would be others! Does anyone have a recommendation or know of someone with coaching qualifications who would like to take on some lessons?

Well the year has flown by and to celebrate we are having a Cheese and Wine evening on Wed 14 August at 7.30pm.

Please come and join us and we will include a very quick AGM too. Hear all about what we have been up to and then enjoy a convivial evening amongst the lovely gardens at Tubbs.

The Tubbs Turf committee would like to express their condolences on the sad passing of Dr David Hatton. As part of the Kingswood Parish Council, David was a driving force in the creation of our fantastic facility. With his colleagues he recognised the potential for the recreation land at the Tubbs factory to be kept for the community rather than being sold for housing or private use. and thus secured the funds to create a multi sports facility for use by all (including Kingswood Primary School) with communal gardens, for which we are all truly grateful.
In 2022, to celebrate our 21st anniversary we were delighted that David shared the history of the courts with us and we were able to share a celebratory glass of fizz.
