Gloucester Ski & Snowboard Centre was established in 1973 and has a 255 metre main slope, slightly shorter freestyle slope, a nursery slope and a tubing slope. In 2017 we opened Battle-Hill Laser Tag in our hillside woodland warzone. The newly revamped venue features our Lodge café/bar with lots of tasty food and both hot and cold drinks suitable for whatever English weather is thrown at us! Our on-site shop, My Race, (www.my-race.com) primarily specialises in alpine race equipment, ski boots, Snowboard kit, protection, accessories as well as offering ski/board servicing/repairs. Our After School Beginners course is perfect to get the kids ready for the mountains.

A 5-week course for complete beginners with the aim of getting to a recreational standard.

Our upcoming courses are:
(Fridays) 6th Nov - 4th Dec 2026, 17:00-18:30
(Thursdays) 7th Jan - 4th Feb 2027, 17:00-18:30
(Mondays) 22nd Feb - 22nd March 2027, 17:00-18:30

Join us on 10th October 10:00-13:30 for our Open Day.

Expect a fun-filled, family-friendly morning of outdoor activities with our experienced instructors and staff.

Eddie's Ski Shack open all day, perfect for hot & cold drinks, snacks and meals.

Equipment hire is included in the price. All participants are required to wear gloves, long-sleeved clothing and long socks. Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes early.

We will be hiring for the following positions:
Operations Manager
Duty Manager
Café/Bar Manager
Battle Hill Ultimate Laser Tag Staff
Ski Hire Staff
Ski Shop Staff
Reception Staff

APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18 AND ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.

The positions will come with many benefits including free skiing & snowboarding (lessons & recreational).
