Our Urban Fight Squad travelled to Llanelli, Wales for the UK Open, and what a phenomenal day it was! 🔥🙌

Despite taking a small team of just six fighters, we finished an incredible 13th out of 27 teams on the overall medal table 👏💪

The team brought home:
🥇 4 Gold Medals
🥈 7 Silver Medals
🥉 1 Bronze Medal

Not only are we proud of the results, but we’re even more proud of the effort, determination and heart shown by every member who stepped onto the mats 💛👊

Every competition is another opportunity to learn, grow and gain valuable experience, and our Fight Squad did exactly that! 🚀🥋

The real “wins” in martial arts!!

What it’s REALLY about is beyond belts, medals and trophies 🥋

Last Sunday, we travelled down to Yeovil with five of our up-and-coming Fight Squad members to compete at the Infinity Bash Up Interclub 👊💥

What a fantastic day it was! 🙌

These events are all about gaining experience, testing skills and building confidence in a competition environment 🥋✨ And our team certainly made the most of every opportunity, getting plenty of valuable mat time throughout the day.
