Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Michael Eames from Orthoderm and Martial Arts expert Gary Spence have joined forces to deliver a practical course teaching riders how to fall in a safer way and we so enjoyed (and benefited from) getting a snap shot of what it's all about.
