The Algarve Open are excited to announce our University Tennis Tour packages to Portugal for 2017! We offer the choice of two fantastic destinations, either in Lisbon or the Algarve, and we can tailor your tour to your exact requirements.

The Algarve Open are the longest, and most established, provider of LTA tournaments abroad and have built an exceptional reputation for providing high class tennis holidays. We are delighted to provide tennis tours for Universities and can cater for all ability levels and group sizes (minimum 4 players required) and we will design your tennis tour to suit you!

Tour from 3rd - 7th April 2017 in either Lisbon or the Algarve for just £499pp! Alternatively, you can enjoy even warmer weather by travelling from 19th - 23rd June for £525pp!

These prices include flights, bed and breakfast in 4 star accommodation, airport transfers in Portugal and all tennis costs (including 20 hours of court time). Fixtures can also be arranged.

We also offer extras, such as car hire (for more flexibility), half board/full board options and fun activities (go-karting, watersports, etc). Equally, we can offer bespoke tours if you would prefer to travel at a different time.

Congratulations to Liam White and Harry Chambers who won the U14 and U12 Algarve Open titles respectively! Great effort boys!

Congrats to these 2 Algarve Open 2016 winners pictured below with Google. Today, Rhodders Atkinson and James Holden won their Under 16 County Doubles title. Rhodders also won the singles title. James added 'that was for you Nige!'. Well done Nige!

So the Algarve Open drew to a close today for another year! It finished with a very lively boat trip along the Algarve coast!! Over the next few days we will post some pictures up of some of the winners and runners up from the action on the court. We start proceedings today with 2 players having their picture taken with our brilliant Tournament Director, Jamie Morrow (Google). Left: Under 16 Boys Champion - James Holden Right: Men's Champion - Josh G**k. Phwooooar - well done to both!!

Never before have we had a competitor taken off the track in the 5 years we have run the go-karting trip in the Algarve. That is until the Welsh Wizard took part- a legend off and on the track-Welldone Har!

Another great night at the Algarve Open MIXED MIXED doubles event at Amendoeira Golf Resort. Thank you to all who took part and congratulations to Harry Chambers who won tonight.

We finished our first week of Tennis Academy on Friday with a particularly hot day. So there was only one way for the players to get their own back on the coaches- 200 water bombs and 3 water pistols later...

Great day on court today, with the exception of our coaches who came under attack at the end of the session. Poor Gramps was hammered from all angles...

Congratulations to Mike who was our MIXED MIXED doubles winner this evening! We had a great night, thank you to all who participated.
