We’re also celebrating our Junior World Cup stars, with current and former Glos players representing Wales on the international stage! 🌍👏

We’re deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Gareth “Gary” Partridge, who was part of the GCHC family during the 2000s, managing the Men’s 5s and supporting the club in so many ways.

A devoted husband, dad, and Bampi, Gary was the perfect example of a parent volunteer — always willing to help and bringing warmth and enthusiasm to everything he did.

Our thoughts are with Rose, Daniel, Martyn, Emily, Finley and Chloe, and all of Gary’s family and friends at this sad time. 💛

📅 The funeral will take place on Tuesday 18th November, 1.00pm at Gloucester Crematorium.

When the moonlight hits the Repton pitch,
The witches of GCHC twitch and switch 🧙‍♀️
Captain Chloe casts her spell,
As defenders block with tales to tell 💀

Jess Roe and Emma W, steady and sly,
Guard the D as shadows fly 🌘
Connop’s pace? A ghostly blur,
Leaving screams and sticks astir 💨

Seren Bean tosses beans in the brew,
While Fox prowls midfield, sly and true 🦊
Grabham, Brazil and BC spin the charm,
No mortal midfield stands that calm 🌪

Up front, Sally’s fire and Emily’s flame,
Their goals ignite the haunted game 🔥
Fez keeps the cauldron tight,
No ghouls nor ghosts shall score tonight 🕯

And in the mist, beyond the roar,
Two wizards plot their spells once more
Ed and Trevor, cloaked in cheer,
Conjuring wins year after year 🪄

We’re so proud to see five Gloucester girls heading to the Junior World Cup with Wales! 🇨🇱❤️

Poppy, Seren & Nancy will be representing the club, alongside former Glos players Amy Hughes & Holly Done 👏
