There were cramps, a muscle pings, some very questionable 🤢 moments… and A LOT of digging deep!

It was HARD — but that’s because every single one of you gave it absolutely everything you had. And I honestly couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

Watching you support, encourage and push each other through was everything Studio Fit is about. 🥹

🌸 PELVIC HEALTH & CORE STRENGTHENING

A PROGRAMME CREATED FOR NEW MUMS

Our specialist 6-week Pelvic Health & Core Strengthening programme was originally developed by Studio Fit Gloucester in response to a need identified by Gloucestershire NHS Trust and Active Gloucestershire.

The programme was delivered through local Children's Centres and leisure facilities for almost two years while NHS funding was available.
We now continue to deliver the programme from Studio Fit Gloucester, with partial funding helping us keep the cost accessible to local women.

6 WEEKS • £59
(Normally £129 but currently partially funded)

Learn how to safely rebuild your pelvic floor and core strength, improve supporting muscle strength and regain confidence in your body following pregnancy and birth.
