This item will be auctioned at the Lord’s Taverners Cricket and Classic car event in Cheltenham on Wednesday 2nd August 2023.

I’m offering Facebook users the opportunity to bid on it in advance by sending me a private message with your bid.

I will update what the highest bid is regularly up until 10pm on Wednesday 2nd August after which time the highest Facebook bid will be entered into the live auction in Cheltenham.

I will announce the winning bid amount on Thursday but will not disclose the winners name publicly.

To all of our old SWSA members and friends, we are possibly looking at setting up an extremely exclusive Snooker Event Club, which will offer opportunities of attending exclusive VIP exhibitions, specialist training sessions and "play a pro" events. If this may be of interest to you please let us know on this page and watch this space for further developments.

Perhaps also let us know what your dream Exclusive Snooker Event would be? We may be able to make it happen!

SWSA has one remaining Star table for sale. It is prepared to Pro standards and World Snooker templates and was used in competitions held at SWSA by many of the top Professional snooker players.

Would be the perfect table for a new professional just joining the tour and looking to practice and establish themselves on a tournament standard table of their own, or an established professional looking to increase their rankings by practising on the real thing!

As there are no league fixtures this Wednesday 13th (Cup Week) and no table bookings have been made 48 hours in advance please note that the Academy will be CLOSED THIS WEDNESDAY 13th NOVEMBER. Please spread the word.

END OF AN ERA
The final ever tournament was a great success this weekend. Many thanks from SWSA to Alan Collis who refereed the semi finals and finals and also to Clive Brown for coming along and celebrating with us.

Mann Wins Era Ending SWSA Pro-Am Trophy ​The curtain closed on competitive snooker at the South West Snooker Academy last weekend as Jed Mann claimed the last ever tournament to be held there - the final SWSA Pro-Am Trophy.​

We would like as many friends and members to call in tomorrow night to join us and discuss your own memories of the academy, whether playing in the tournament or not.
