We’ve been asked by frasers to NOT park in their car park spaces, out front of their shop or in front of their workshop within their working hours please.

We have few gym spaces in our car park and on the road and round corner. But please not in front by doors where it says STAFF PARKING.

Hey guys,

It’s with great sadness that I have to announce the closing of the gym ( Kim’s gym ) within the fit centre on 30th September 2023,
I just want to take the time to thank all the members/friends I’ve met over the 9 years of being there, you’ve all helped me more than you realise, unfortunately my time there has run it’s course and it’s time for me to go onto the next chapter of my life.

Without Sandra and Paddy Berry the fit centre would never of existed, sadly Sandra passed away 2018 and me and Paddy tried our best to continue being there in Sandra’s name as difficult as it was, so I thank them for the opportunity as I got to meet all you guys 🧡🐞

So again thank you for all your support.
