I still after all these years believe that Wing Chun Kung Fu is still one of the most effective self defence system that anyone can learn.

Wing chun is a set of theories principle and motos. One keep theory being the centre line theory, there are many strengths to this. Examples being: It is the quickest way from point a to point b. The use of keeping your centre line, allows for balance to Maximise.
