Ankle pain doesn’t always mean rest and hope. Your ankle relies on balanced support from both sides to stay stable - which is exactly why not all compression is created equal.

Our Ankle Support is graduated to a certified 32mmHg (Salzmann Medico, Switzerland) - built to stabilise the joint and support the muscles around it while you actually recover, not just wrap it tight.

Challenge 5 of 10 didn’t go to plan…

An ITB injury in his right leg meant Rhys could@only manage one gruelling lap@of Helvellyn at the .officialuk Everest event.

In this video he talks through what the day took out of him, and why he needs a minute before the next one. Not the ending anyone wanted, but setbacks have always been a part of this story too. Injuries are disappointing, but it’s how we come back from them is what makes us.

APEX had us feeling all kinds of things 🧡

Seeing our kit out in the wild, on real people doing real hard things, that’s what it’s all about. The Lumbear taking on every loaded climb. The calf supports pushing through every summit. The hats braving whatever the sky threw at them.

This is why we do what we do.

Big love to everyone who took on the APEX this year - you made our Bearhug heart very happy 🐻🧡

Compression is a number. Not a buzzword.

mmHg (millimetres of mercury) is the actual unit that measures graduated pressure. It’s how you prove a support does what it claims - not just how it feels when you pull it on.

Most “compression” gear never gets tested against it. Bearhug does.

Our calf support is mmHg rated with structured knit zones that deliver graduated, targeted pressure exactly where your lower leg needs it. Engineered to support blood flow, reduce fatigue and keep you moving through 80 minutes and beyond.

We did the work. The rest just hope you don’t ask.

🐻 Bamboo-based. Clinically relevant.

Ever wondered what separates Bearhug from the rest?

We actually measure and test our compression level. Our competition can’t say the same thing…💪

“Compression” gets thrown around a lot. Most of the time it means nothing more than fabric that feels snug.

Real compression is measurable. It’s rated in mmHg, and it’s tested to make sure the support you’re getting is the support we promise - graduated pressure, structured knit zones, targeted where your joint needs it.

Every Bearhug support is compression-tested and mmHg-rated. Not “feels tight.” But measured.

Because your knee doesn’t care how something feels on the shelf. It cares whether it works.

Heel pain first thing in the morning? 😖 You’re not imagining it.

Plantar fasciitis flares when the tissue along the bottom of your foot gets overloaded and under-supported. The ankle support is engineered to help with that - graduated pressure to encourage circulation, plus structured knit zones that support the ankle and arch so the foot isn’t left to do all the work. 💪

Steadier support through the day. Less strain on that first step out of bed.⚡️
