Big Health Day 2026

A large community well being event designed to promote health, inclusion and positive opportunities for people and families.

This event will take place on Thursday 11th June, 9.30am-2:30pm at Oxstalls Sports Centre and UoG Sport Arena, Gloucester.

Big Health Day is an annual FREE event for people with a physical or learning disability, sensory loss or mental health support needs. It aims to be a fun and inclusive event which encourages people to participate in sport, physical exercise and social activities.

After a Fab day competing at the ONK Dutch Open, im really pleased to come away with a Silver medal at my first ever international competition!
Overall I won 2 matches and lost 2 matches so cannot be too disappointed! especially not as Team England are bringing 2 medals home!

We're excited to kickstart our 2026 National Championship Qualifiers this weekend, as players head to Cheltenham vying for a spot in the Championship Finals in September.
