We would like to congratulate Mr Coleman snr and Mr Etherington who have been promoted to 3rd Degree black belt.
They were both exhausted after the black belt grading/testing yesterday and on the whole, put in a very good performance.
They both deserve their promotions and we look forward to our continued journey with them.

Now that we’ve had chance to speak to everyone, we’d like to congratulate everyone who participated in yesterdays 4 hour black belt grading as they all passed. Some great passes and some not so great passes but, a pass non the less.

Having now spoken to everyone, it's with a heavy heart that I announce that not everyone was successful yesterday.
Sometimes, difficult decisions must be made and obtaining a Black Belt or further Dan grade is not easy, but standards need to be maintained.
That said, we'd like to congratulate Nihal (BoDan), Henry (BoDan), Jack 1st Dan and Matthew 2nd Dan on their promotions.
We now look forward to the Black Belt Grading in September and working with everyone looking to take part or re-taking.
