Another great time today, together with the kids from Wonhwado Martial Arts Club Gloucester we had WonHwaDo Quiz evening plus some TV time. And I must say kids did it great, team Blue won by just 2 points difference against team Green. Congratulations to Sebastian team and in fact to everyone because we learn something new about our martial art and we had very entertaining time. One of the outcome from World WonHwaDo Festival in Korea is introduction of sport WonHwaDo. So after long time of hitting the pads our juniors started with a new chapter of their trainings. Hitting the flesh, human flesh and what is the best? The flesh belongs to the coach (me) 😅😅. Great job kids well played 👏🇬🇧🥋🇰🇷

The crossover Karate and WonHwaDo camp

This crossover Training Camp happens from 20th to 22nd of September 2024 at Sportpark Rabenberg - Germany.

Many hours of sport, movement and hard work. Namely Won Hwa Do, Karate, swimming, hockey- and fitnesstraining for three days with good people, good friends from Karate and good food. It was a great time and we send all the best greetings to everyone. Stay fit and healthy.
