Barnwood Utd AFC Pan Disability

We had a fun morning today for our end of season presentation.
We enjoyed a mixed game of rounders before it got too hot, involving all age group players, parents and coaches.
Followed up by burgers and hot dogs of course not forgetting the all important trophies.

All of our team volunteers would like to wish everyone a fabulous summer full of fun, laughter, ice cream and memories.
To the players, parents and coaches thank you for all of your efforts, we wouldnt be who we are with out your commitment to providing all inclusive football to the kids of Gloucestershire.

Its been a brilliant 1st year as Barnwood Owls with 2 second place teams in the West Mids league and an amazing U12s team which is growing stronger and stronger in passion, skills and team bonding each session.
I know the parents and coaches are super proud of you all.

Sadly we do say goodbye to Coach Alex and Raff but they've promised to pop by and see us 😢

Next year we grow even bigger and we cannot wait to show everyone what is next for our Owls.

Now we shall hang our boots up for a well deserved rest and we will see you all in Sept 🦉

Thank you for a truly memorable season with the Barnwood United Comets. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, determination, and smiles have made it a fantastic year, and we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved together.

A special thank you to Belmont School for generously hiring out your soft play and outdoor space. Your support helped provide a wonderful environment for the team to celebrate and enjoy time together.

Comets Sports Day 🏅

What a fantastic morning! Everyone took part in a variety of competitions and gave their all throughout the event. From races and hurdles to penalties against the parents, there was plenty of excitement and fun for everyone.

We all did brilliantly and every child earned themselves a medal, making it a memorable day for all involved.

A wonderful way to wrap up our final session of the season, finishing in style!

Comets soaring through our Sunday session!

Today we played Dishes and Domes, Lost Dogs, Treasure Island, and even managed to squeeze in a quick game of Football Skittles.

I’m so impressed with how amazing everyone has been. The teamwork, effort, and silky football skills on show today were fantastic to see. Every player gave their all, supported one another, and had plenty of fun along the way.

Proud of this team and the progress they’re making every week. Keep it up, Comets!
