This Saturday, we are hitting the road for a 3-hour journey to Weymouth to play the final rescheduled matches of the season!

These games were originally set for Round 1 but were postponed due to sports hall issues. Now, they have become the most important matches of our year. The championship race is still alive, and our goal is absolute:
✅ Two Matches, Two Wins against Weymouth VC and University of Bath.
📈 The Pressure is On: We secure our points and wait for the Mavericks to slip up!

We’ve fought through every obstacle this season—from hall cancellations to grueling marathons on the court. Now, it’s time to finish what we started. 6 hours of travel, 2 final battles, 1 dream.

A high-stakes battle where our service pressure and discipline made the difference.
🔥 The Comeback: The second set was a thriller. Trailing 8-17, it looked out of reach until our setter, Tobiasz, took over the service line.After a legendary run of aces and incredible defensive plays from Farrell, we turned the set around!

🏆 MVP: #13 Tobiasz. Serving, blocking, and clinical distribution—it was truly his match!

This was a grueling, high-level marathon. After the intensity of the first match, fatigue started to set in—but this is where the heart of this team shines. We didn't win on fresh legs; we won on pure character and experience. 🧠💪

🏆 MVP: #16 Mateusz. Our outside hitter proved once again that he is like a fine wine—better with every year! 🍷 A top-tier performance when we needed it most.

What a Sunday! Our team was absolutely unstoppable today, delivering a masterclass in every department to secure two massive wins in front of our home crowd.

Match 1: GVC 3 - 0 Weymouth
(25-17, 25-23, 25-20)
A clean sheet to start the day! We controlled the tempo from start to finish.

🏆 MVP: #16 Mateusz Mich
Mateusz was in a league of his own. He was virtually unstoppable, scoring consistently from the service line, through powerful attacks, and a massive presence at the net with his blocks. A truly phenomenal performance!

Match 2: GVC 3 - 1 Cardiff
(25-19, 19-25, 25-17, 25-15)
Despite dropping one set, we stayed focused and finished the game strong to seal the double victory.

Our Opposite Hitter played an outstanding game, proving to be our go-to weapon when it mattered most. Clinical and powerful!

🛡️ Special Mention: #5 Harry Macgregor
A huge shout-out to our Libero, who was the backbone of our defense today. Picking up every ball and keeping our reception rock-solid, he made everything look easy.

We fought hard to find our rhythm, but Yeovil proved to be the stronger side in the end.

We started the match well, but unfortunately, it wasn't our day. After a hard-fought five-set thriller, we narrowly lost 3-2 to the local side.

He stepped onto the court late in the second set and was virtually unstoppable, making a massive impact on our game.

What a comeback! We secured a 3-2 win against Bristol in a match that went down to the very last point. It was an incredibly tight battle that could have gone either way, but our squad stayed calm in the closing moments to clinch the victory!

Robert was absolutely rock-solid today! He was untouchable in reception and made a huge impact at the net with his attacks and a few vital points from the service line. A truly complete performance!
