First beginners Pilates class at Slimbridge completed this morning! Well done to everyone who participated - it’s a lot of information to take in 😄

I was supposed to take a picture for Facebook but forgot so here is the boy kitten in a bin. Maybe one day I’ll get better at the socials…..

New term starts next week and I have one space available in my 9-10 intermediate class and one space in my 10:15 - 11:15 beginners class. Please do get in touch if you fancy giving Pilates a try!

Rain this morning but we’ve got double resistance bands! Today’s class includes exercises in sitting - a great way to strengthen postural muscles in a position we tend to spend a lot of time in 🪑🏋🏻‍♀️
