The magic circle doesn’t have much ‘give’ so using it to stretch guarantees you will feel it!

This is my lovely Tuesday beginners class using the circle to first activate the calf and then stretch it.

If you are tight in your legs then your arms may feel too short to use the circle and fully extend the knee so you may be better off using a resistance band, belt or dressing gown tie to acheive the same effect.
