As a mark of respect for Jimmy Kelly and his dedication to the club, we invite everyone attending the funeral to wear club colours and join us in a guard of honour at the start of the service.

Gortin St. Patrick’s GAA and Badoney Ladies GFC regret to learn of the passing of our former player, manager, committee member, and supporter, James (Jimmy) Kelly.

Jimmy was heavily involved in our club over many decades. After playing for Gortin, he served as the men's team manager during the 1970s and later took charge as the Badoney Ladies manager in the 1990s. Alongside his management roles, Jimmy was a dedicated member of the ladies club committee.
His family continues this strong connection to the club today. His daughter-in-law, Laura, serves on our current committee, and his grandchildren, James and Anna, both play for Gortin.

We offer our sincere condolences to his wife Brigid, his children Siobhan, Mary, and Eamonn, and the wider Kelly family circle.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
