2026 is my year to let go of fear and walk confidently into my growth ✨
Sometimes all you need is a set of dumbbells!
Whether you want to work out at home or find yourself in a very busy gym these exercises are worth a try! Key is to take the movements slow, focusing on that mind to muscle connection.
Each of these exercises would be high reps, 15+ and for 3 sets depending on how heavy your weight is, it’s always important to work to fatigue- hence the slower you go, the quicker you’ll reach that point!
I create programmes for my clients with what they have available to them, no gym, no problem! It’s all about finding movement that works for you so you can easily fit that into your routine and create consistency. This is what helps us get results, being consistent with your movement.

The absolute trip of a lifetime. Left as a couple, came back engaged. Never in my wildest dreams would I of expected this. The whole trip was beyond perfect, every single little detail. From being proposed to overlooking Helsinki, the land of my ancestors, to being pampered in Lapland all by my best friend, my love, my partner in life and now my Fiancé.
Turning 37 has a different feel now, the journey is just getting better and better ❤️

It’s been a hot minute BUT I’m now happy to announce that with the opening of my new studio hub I shall be doing all my 1-1 Personal Training sessions there from now on ☺️

It’s an absolute jungle out there with information on nutrition, fad foods, things we should be avoiding…all sorts! So I thought I’d clear a few things up. Biggest thing I help my clients with to reach their goals is simplifying the confusion around nutrition and guiding them to make better choices
Myth #1 calorie needs depend on body size, muscle mass, activity level and health goals - not gender stereotypes. Active women may require just as much (or more) fuel than a sedentary man.
Myth #2 carbohydrates are the body’s main energy source and especially important for hormonal health, brain function and workouts. The problem is with processed carbs and added sugars. Not whole grains, fruits or starchy veg.
Myth #3 aging women often lose muscle mass, which lowers metabolism - the answer is not to eat less, it’s eating smarter (adequate protein, resistance training, nutrient dense foods)
Myth #4 your liver and kidneys detox for you. Extreme cleanses often do more harm than good depriving your body of nutrients. Balanced nutrition supports hormone health naturally.
Myth #5 learnt this the hard way!!! Women of reproductive age are at a higher risk of iron deficiency due to menstruation. Even with a healthy diet, monitoring iron and including rich sources (red meat, lentils, leafy greens) is important.
✨ In short: women don’t need restrictive fear - based nutrition rules. We need adequate fuel, strength, support and nutrient balance! Let me know if you find this helpful in the comments 💌

Excuse the messy bedroom! And also mentioning Christmas 🤣
BUT I couldn’t let this go unheard. Most of us are in that lull, waiting for the new year to start on our goals but we’ve still got a whole QUARTER of the year left.
This means that if you started now, you could be at your goal by the new year, starting the next year with all the habits and routine implemented.
My clients lose on average 5-10kg in the first 12 weeks of my coaching. If you want this - I’ve got spaces for my 1-1 coaching open and I’ll make sure by the end of the year you’ve reached those goals that you’re delaying!
