🚨 PLAYER RE-SIGNING 🚨

The Solent Junior Devils are delighted to confirm that Kevin Macallister will return for the 2026/27 NIHL 2 season! 🔴⚫

Kevin returns for his fifth consecutive season with the Junior Devils, having been an important part of the team over the past four campaigns.

A key leader both on and off the ice, Kevin has become a hugely valued presence in the changing room. His experience, passion and commitment make him an important part of the group, while his leadership helps set the standard for those around him.

With four seasons of NIHL 2 experience behind him, Kevin brings valuable knowledge to the team and will once again play an important role in helping the Junior Devils push forward throughout the 2026/27 campaign.

We’re delighted to have Kevin back and look forward to seeing his experience and passion continue to drive the team this season.

🚨 PLAYER SIGNING 🚨

The Solent Junior Devils are delighted to announce that 18-year-old forward Theo Howgego will join the team for the 2026/27 NIHL 2 season! 🔴⚫

Theo makes the step up into NIHL 2 for the first time this season, as he continues his development and takes the next step in his senior hockey career.

A talented young forward with plenty of potential, Theo brings energy, determination and a strong desire to compete every time he takes to the ice. At just 18 years old, he has plenty of room to grow, and we’re excited to see what he can bring to the Junior Devils this season.

We’re looking forward to watching Theo develop, gain valuable senior experience and make his mark throughout the 2026/27 campaign.

🚨 GOALTENDER RE-SIGNING 🚨

The Solent Junior Devils are delighted to confirm that Greg Blais will return for the 2026/27 NIHL 2 season! 🔴⚫

The experienced Canadian netminder returns for a second season with the Devils after proving to be a reliable presence between the pipes throughout the 2025/26 campaign.

Greg brings a huge amount of experience to the roster, having played across Europe, North America and some of the top divisions in European hockey during his career. That experience was evident last season, both in his performances on the ice and in the influence he had within the dressing room.

A calm and dependable goaltender, Greg was also an important leader in the locker room, helping to support a young group of players throughout a challenging season.

His experience will once again be particularly valuable as we continue to develop our younger players and goaltenders within the Solent pathway.

We're delighted to have Greg back in Devils colours for another season.
