Bootcamp UK Gosport Bootcamp UK is one of the UK's leading outdoor fitness specialists. We cater for all abilities from beginners to advanced.

All of our fitness classes take place outdoors in parks and other similar public places, the classes run throughout the year no matter the weather. Each class lasts for 1 hour and includes a specific warm up and cool down. Our classes will be challenging and the instructors will make sure they get the very best from you, however they are conducted in a fun and friendly way which will leave you with a sense of achievement. Each class caters for a wide range of people from beginners to fitness fanatics, you will be split into ability group classes that run concurrently

Just a quick update for everyone wondering about what's going on in Gosport this evening.

At the moment, it shouldn't affect us at all. We're far enough out of the way at Gosport Park, so tonight's class is still good to go! 🙌

Just plan your journey and allow a little extra time in case there's any disruption around town.

We thought we’d do something a little different with today’s group photo…

We’ve put everyone in age order from left to right! 👶➡️👴😂

Our Bootcampers in this photo range from 18 all the way up to 65… and 65 isn’t even the oldest we’ve had training with us!

That’s what we love about Bootcamp UK Gosport. ❤️

It doesn’t matter whether you’re 18, 38, 58 or beyond. It doesn’t matter if you’re super fit, getting back into fitness or you haven’t exercised properly in years.

All ages. All abilities. Everyone welcome.

Every exercise can be adapted to suit you, and you’ll be training alongside a cracking bunch of people who’ll support you from day one.

The evenings are getting darker, the temperature’s starting to drop and it becomes a little bit easier to find an excuse to stay indoors.

Let’s keep the ball rolling, keep the ship steady and keep turning up for each other. The work we put in through autumn and winter is what sets us up to hit next year absolutely flying. 🚀
