Your child will need a water bottle and a pair of gloves for the classes. Gloves can be
purchased from Torra Scotia Sports in Falkirk. If your child is new to boxing, they can borrow a pair of gloves from our gym to try it out first 👌🏼

September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month.

For the Scott Martin Foundation, this month is incredibly important. Our aim has always been simple, to raise awareness, encourage honest conversations around mental health, and make sure young people know that support is there when they need it.

Too many people struggle in silence. But just as importantly, many do find the courage to speak up and ask for help, only to feel unheard, dismissed or not taken seriously. We need to do better at both encouraging people to talk and making sure we truly listen when they do.

Scott is at the heart of everything we do, and through his Foundation we will continue to turn his memory into something that supports others and helps keep these conversations going.

Please check in on the people around you. Listen without judgement. Take people seriously. And if you’re struggling yourself, please keep reaching out.
