Lil Yogis kids yoga classes are a great way to introduce children to Yoga through stories, dance and music. These classes help build confidence by allowing children to interact with others in a fun and safe environment while learning the basic skills of yoga. From bunny breaths to Yogi march your children will love every part of the sessions. Lessons starting soon in Meopham and Longfield. Follow my page for dates and locations.

Due to Government Guidelines Lil Yogi's has suspended all Family and Kids Yoga classes until further notice. We will be back teaching asap at Gravesend Cyclopark and look out for upcoming lessons in Penn Green Park Northfleet. Please follow my page to keep up to date with when we will be back.
