Bragging or motivation?
Bit of both 🤣!
Let's be real, being healthy can feel like a grind. 😞
You're aching every morning, thinking 🥀 why am I doing this... when will I see results?
Injuries happen, old weaknesses flare up , and it feels like more work.
But the truth is, consistency pays off for those who stick with it.

I find it so hard to post on socials…
It’s a struggle for me to not just stay present in the moment. Which is a great thing for people around me.
But not so great for me to help people one here 😂.
Just want to remind you that “fitness/health” is not about weights and diets!
Getting out for walks, bike rides, random days out. All fantastic ways to keep yourself healthy.
We have got too caught up in weightloss and workout challenges that we don’t focus on the things that are so important.
Family, enjoyment, contentment, compassion

Well… I injured myself so o have been a bit quite…
However I have still been training, just upper instead.
We did a nice arms session today!

Humble brag,
I was not feeling yesterday… I had hurt my hip in the morning (no idea how)
I knew I could push cardio, I wanted to just go home and sleep…
These two legends convinced me to just do upper, I am glad I had them and to be part of this community!

1 week down!
I have really dialled into my fitness recently.
You know one of the biggest things that’s helped me?
Routine!
Mondays are chest and shoulders 🏋️♂️- with a threshold training in the evenings.
Tuesday 😓 a really cardio/ endurance workout.
Wednesday is sprint training the bike 🚴♂️
Thursday is mobility and rest day 🙆♂️
Friday Legs and cardio 🦵
Saturday is long ride day!
Sunday back and biceps!
I have managed to do this because Emily and I have created a plan to workout how to parent with each other to work towards our goals.
