So Let's Go Running - Cyclorun Cyclorun at Cyclopark - a FREE weekly Sunday morning 2.5k, 5k, 7.5k or 10k run on a traffic-free circuit. 8am to 9am.

At Cyclorun, our aim is to develop a top class location for running in North Kent. With a number of annual running events based in and around the new multi million pound Cyclopark venue, Gravesend and a host of activities and opportunities for runners of all abilities to enjoy the benefits running can bring.

A big thank you to all our runners today. We had a mix of all our distances with a good number of 50 minute runners.
We also had no less than 11 PB’s across the board. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A warm welcome to Sam Buttress and Catherine Runter, running with us for the first time and also completing their first ever 10K run!! Be proud of yourselves 🥳👏🏻👏🏻
A special mention for Leo Whittaker-Measor, who is our first junior runner to go beyond 5K, earning a PB, together with mum Row, in the 7.5 K distance. 👏🏻👏🏻

Lovely to welcome our 16 runners today and pleasing to see some returning faces. Well done to you all. It was also notable that a few runners have chosen our onsite course as part of their training for bigger races and/or rehabilitation, post injury. The Cyclopark track is an ideal environment for this and is something that has always been evident over the years.🤗

We have 6 PB’s to celebrate, from George Peters, Tom Arney, Karen Strain and Ruth Watson in the 5K. With Ken Phillips and Anthony Davis, Joining them in the 7.5K distance.👏🏻👏🏻

A very busy morning squeezed out 5 PB’s from our 27 runners. Well done to Julie Aspinal 5K, Leonie Power, Catherine Brown and Lee Powell 7.5K, with Marie Berry running 10K.
Really great to see a high turnout on our first Sunday meet of Autumn.

You may have noticed me running all over the place today. I wasn’t going mad… I have been looking at an 8K onsite route, to mirror our offsite option. Watch this space…

Also we will have our second 50 minute challenge available towards the end of the month, for anyone interested. We missed one in June due to very hot weather and holiday breaks…🫤

A surprisingly windy evening, saw 10 runners taking on our offsite routes, with two PB’s to report on.

The first was credited to Yi Stevenson, who continues to perform in the 5K 👏🏻and secondly, Anthony Davis, paced by Phil Sweeting, completing our 8K route. 👏🏻

23 runners took to the track today, covering all our recordable distances. Welcome to Poppy Mitchel, Becky Newnes and son Josh, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻running with us for the first time and in doing so, setting a PB for your respective distances. Hope you enjoyed your time on the track and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
We also had another 5 PB’s. Three in the 5K, courtesy of Janet Murray, Adrian Sweeting and Julie Aspinal. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The final two came from Marie Berry and Louise Herbert, in the 10K.👏🏻👏🏻
