On Saturday the 26th of may I will be holding an informal group between 2 till 4 p.m to share with you the benefits of Indian head massage .. showing you techniques so you can self massage or give a basic massage to your partner or family members .. this is something I feel strongly about and is how massage is practiced in India ..
I am inviting anyone with an interest and other people who would like to come and share their experience maybe in essential oils .. yoga .. meditation... it is based on having fun and connecting .. there will be nibbles and refreshments.. message me for details .. this event is free .. you will be most welcome
