Tekio Cempa Martial Arts has a class in that teaches self protection and personal safety for those in school years 7 to 11.

Build confidence, fitness, strength and the awareness of danger in todays society.

We focus on personal safety rather than competition and trophies, so if this is aomething you think sounds good for your children, contact us for more details.
