Right now if it wasn’t for my training I think I would have lost my mind by now.

I’m not gonna sugar coat it I’m struggling, and my news recently has really triggered me.

I’ve reached out for some counselling (private) and I’m hoping that will start very soon. I constantly feel like I’m gonna have a panic attack so I know I need some help.

I don’t feel myself right now but I know with time I’ll be ok, but I’ve massively lost my mojo.

Tom has also been in a bad head space the past few months with work, but his now got a new job and starts in October. 👏

Life is hard at times, and my whole page is about keeping it real. It’s not all roses unfortunately…
