Recently our Year 1 dancers have been introduced to acro dance!

From balancing, stretching, strengthening and tumbling, our young dancers have been having so much fun exploring new skills and building confidence along the way! 💙

Acro is so beneficial for young dancers and we can’t wait to see what they achieve as they continue their acro journey! 🌟

We know it can be tempting to peek through the window and see what they’re learning! 🩰
However, there’s a reason we ask parents to let their dancers have their own space during class.
Without parents watching, dancers can concentrate fully on their teacher, become more independent, feel comfortable making mistakes and build confidence in their own abilities.
And let’s be honest… sometimes they’re much more likely to listen when Mum or Dad isn’t in the room! 😂
We want every dancer to feel that the studio is their space — somewhere they can learn, experiment, make mistakes, have fun and grow.
So trust us… there’s a method behind the madness! 💙
And you’ll get to see all their hard work when they’re ready to show you! ✨

As we enter the new school year, please ensure your child has the correct uniform for class. Uniform is essential for their safety in class, optimal performance and helps students to ‘feel the part’. Uniform can be ordered on the website. Hair must be neatly tied up, preferably in a ballet bun. Please note hoodies can be worn to and from class however (unless specified) should not be worn whilst dancing. 💙
