Great Houghton Cricket Club would like to invite the whole village, along with all current players, former players and supporters, to Great Houghton Playing Fields on Saturday 11 July for our home fixture against Old.

Come along to enjoy an afternoon of cricket, then stay afterwards for a BBQ and drinks from the bar.

Whether you're cheering from the boundary, catching up with old teammates, or simply fancy a burger and a drink with friends and neighbours, everyone is very welcome. We look forward to seeing you there!

It’s the big Northants League Division 3 derby this weekend - Great Houghton Cricket Club v Hardingstone Cricket Club! Call down to Leys Lane to take in the game and the lovely weather this Saturday……🏏🏖️👍

It is with great sadness that Great Houghton Cricket Club marks the passing of Nick Condon, a player, captain and devoted servant of our club. Nick was an inspirational man and will be much missed by all at GHCC.

Nick's funeral is to be held at Great Houghton church at 1:30pm on Monday 6th July, then at the village hall afterwards.

Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends.

We’re excited to introduce the Great Houghton Cricket Century Club – a fun and simple way to support the club while having the chance to win monthly jackpot prizes during the cricket season.

*How it works*
- For a one-time £25 per entry, pick your lucky number ranging from 1-100.
- Each number is entered into the monthly draws which will take place across the cricket season.
- ⁠There will be 5 random monthly draws in May/Jun/Jul/Aug/Sep
- If your number is drawn, you will one of the jackpot prizes for that month.
- Winners will be notified via monthly email announcements.
- Numbers are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once a number is picked, it will no longer be available.
- There is no limit on the number of entries per person, and you can win multiple times throughout the season.
