Our home 11 is hosting Ballinger Waggoners CC with a couple of debits and our away 11 is heading over to a new opposition for us against Pinner Cricket Club

As always at this time of year, the battle for the average winners with bat and ball and Amit T leads the way with both.

For the batting award the fight between Amit and George goes on but a late surge from Josh adds a 3rd batter into the mix

For the bowling Amit is clear but can Alex play enough games and take enough wickets to challenge? The ever present Toobes also in the hunt!

Yesterday saw a return of the Pelicans inter-club game after about a decade, 22 Pelicans were found on August bank holiday weekend and a timed game unfolded with a tight draw as the result!

Some excellent performances, some not so excellent performances, comical umpiring decisions, stumps hit and bails unmoved and traditional Pelis banter all on show

A brilliant day hopefully to return next season!

We look to right some wrongs on our first away game this season!

We travel to this week, last visit here produced a brilliant run chase ended in the last over with Josh whacking a rapid 50 to see us over the line.

The real highlight though, was the teas! We look forward to seeing what the village produces this time round!

Yes, you read correctly we did take 11 wickets! Their 12th man had a hit too!
