• a gentle morning sound bath designed to help you slow down. give yourself an hour of stillness before stepping into the day & ease into the weekend feeling grounded and refreshed.

🌙 sunday 20th september • 7:00pm
attune @ rise • rise studio, lowestoft • £15pp
• join me for a relaxing evening of rest & sound. whether you need to slow down, switch off from a busy week, or simply take some time for yourself, this space is yours.

🍂 wednesday 23rd september • 8:00pm
autumn equinox • the studio, great yarmouth • £15pp
• a special sound journey to honour the autumn equinox, a time of transition & letting go. an opportunity to reflect on the season behind you and create space for what’s next.

✨ A FEW IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS BEFORE THE NEW MONTH ✨

As we head into a new month, we just wanted to remind everyone of a few important safety requirements for our aerial sessions. 💗

👚 CLOTHING
Please wear leggings and a tight-fitting top to every aerial session.
This helps protect the backs of your knees and helps prevent burns, as well as stopping loose or floaty tops from riding up or going over your head while using the equipment.

💍 NO JEWELLERY OF ANY KIND!
This is really important! Jewellery can cause injury to you or your child and can also damage our aerial equipment — something we sadly don't have the funds to keep replacing.
We will ask for ALL jewellery to be removed at the start of every lesson and, unfortunately, no participation will be allowed while jewellery is being worn.
This includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches and any other jewellery.

💇‍♀️ HAIR MUST BE FULLY TIED UP!
Long hair must be securely and fully tied back before taking part.
This is for your/your child's safety and helps prevent hair becoming caught or pulled during activities.
We do try to keep spare hair bands at The Studio, however, when these aren't returned, we can't guarantee that we will have them available every session. This could unfortunately mean you/your child may have to sit out — and nobody wants that! 🥺

📱 PHONES & RECORDING
We are also asking that phones are not used during classes unless specifically needed or permitted by an instructor.
We are finding that phones are increasingly becoming a distraction during sessions, and we want our students to be able to focus fully on learning, having fun and, most importantly, staying safe. ❤️

📸 PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Photos and videos must only be taken with an instructor's permission.
This is really important to help us respect the privacy and confidentiality of all our students, as not everyone is comfortable with their image being taken or shared.
Please do not photograph or film other students without permission, even if they happen to be in the background.
Please make sure you arrive ready to take part safely so we can spend as much time as possible having fun! 🥰

These rules are in place to protect our students, instructors AND our equipment.
