Confidence isn’t built by telling yourself you’ve still got it.
It’s built in the small moments when you could easily let yourself off ,
BUT DON’T
You said you’d train three times this week.
DO IT!
You said you’d get ten minutes of movement in.
DO IT!
And when life genuinely gets in the way,
don’t write the day off.
Adjust the level and keep the promise.
Over time, you’ll get better at judging what you’re actually capable of,
without constantly under-reaching or setting yourself up to fail.
But that comes with experience.
For now, start here: do what you said you were going to do.
Every time you follow through, you give yourself another piece of evidence:
I do what I said I’d do.
Stack enough of those and you don’t need the motivational speech.
You know who you are becoming.
Keep the promise.
Do the work.
Collect the proof.
