‼️Remember, results aren’t just made at the gym‼️
If you want to optimise how you feel, look and move you should start paying closer attention to your routine outside the gym as well. ✍️
And your post workout routine is definitely one that you should start prioritising! 🤓
Here are our TOP 3 TIPS for post workout & muscle recovery:
1️⃣ Incorporate good protein intake after your workout and on the following days (i.e. a good portion of fish/meat/eggs/beans/dairy with your meals, protein shake and snacks, etc.)
2️⃣ Incorporate good movement and stretches (this includes plenty of mobility/active stretches, foam rolling, lighter sessions as needed and also static stretches that will all help to improve the blood flow and remove the lactic acid accumulated)
3️⃣ Aim to get some good sleep (between 7-8 hours a day)

Our Very First Summer Social was a lovely picnic in Hyde Park last weekend 🥰

Congratulations to our member of the month for May Zac 🎉
Since joining us in December last year in preparation for his wedding, Zac has lost about 12kg, has become a lot stronger and is looking absolutely amazing for his special day 💪🏻

Congratulations to our member of the month for April Sarah: 🎉
Since joining us she has lost 5kg in 6 months, she has become stronger and performing exercises she never thought she could do.

Congratulations to our Member of the Month March: Maria 🥰🥳
Maria started her health & fitness journey with us back in January this year and since then she’s lost nearly 9kg! Not only this… She was also struggling with back problems such as sciatica and scoliosis and couldn’t walk for more than 5 minutes without a break… But since she’s been at Conte Health & Fitness she’s been able to do a big active trip around Italy without experiencing any of those initial struggles! 👏
Way to go Maria! We’re beyond proud of you and your successes, keep up the amazing work 💪💚
