I love gr***de bars but 2 of these yoghurts give you more protein for a similar amount of calories and are cheaper at the same time. As well as being convenient to pick up on the way to/in-between/from work

3 easy hacks that'll put you ahead of 90% of people trying to lose fat for life!

Take the stairs and park further away. These are both examples of how you can naturally add steps to your daily life. Steps add to your N.E.A.T which is responsible for burning upto 30% of energy per day. That's massive! the easier you can integrate this into your daily life the easier it will be to lose weight. This also makes it easier to add more steps into your day so you can continue to keep dropping weight once you reach a plateau.

Have the zero calorie options or Share your main meal/dessert with someone. This can take away calories whilst still being able to enjoy the taste of foods/drinks you love.

Add a hunk of protein to your Mommas food or when eating out! This will keep her happy that you're still eating her food and it's protein! come on! add greek yoghurt to daals, swap out that paneer to appetina paneer and swap out the onion bhajis for chicken tikka at restaurants!

Small habits done consistently over time make a big impact to your overall fat loss goals

when you were dating was this ever a issue?

I know I was planning activities and thinking of fun ways for me and rav to spend time together, fast forward a few years and we became comfortable in our routines; work, eat and watch tv at home, work, eat at a restaurant, go to shish followed by more netflix. This isn't a bad thing but when it was happening everyday things can become stale. we became comfortable and put on that "relationship weight".

Nowadays we make more of an effort to be active together and here's some things you could try. trail walks (think of questions to ask each other e.g. 3 highlights from the day), try sports like badminton, tennis, golf, swimming. Stressful week at work? book a spa or couples massage, not to be cliché but go to the gym (do something healthy), wine tasting, spend time with family (nephew/nieces will tire you out), book experiences like GoApe, Go out dancing burn a ton of calories, board games at coffee shops, tarot card reading. The list is endless

We get comfortable in each others company. The days become the same (eat, netflix, sleep) so making a conscious effort to spend time together helps deepen your relationship.

Cheat sheets are a great way to keep track of what you're eating and make sure you're not reaching or exceeding your daily calorie goal. By following a low-calorie diet and adding in some of these foods, you can eat more food and also feel fuller with less calories.

Training is about the long term. Be realistic with what you personally can do in a week NOT what you would like to be able to do in a week.

If you trained once last week try to aim for 2 this week rather than relying on motivation to get you through.

Lighter versions of the foods you like are the easiest swaps you can make.

It is a no brainer! Even if you consume more of the light version, you’d still be having less than the full!

*disclaimer* You don’t NEED to have the lighter versions to lose weight BUT it’s such a small change to your lifestyle that can make a difference to how many calories you consume over the span of a week.
