HAD TO REPOST THIS BECAUSE IM PRETTY HAPPY ABOUT IT AND FEEDBACK HAS BEEN GOOD AKA EVEN THR VEGAN TASTES GOOD!! We have been busy thinking of ways to help everyone be as great as possible for around two decades now and the lockdown gave us a bit of thinking time. This thinking time helped lead to our input on the creating of .

spent months of tasting, testing and interviewing alongside to come up with the Urban Blend adaptogenic protein. This protein is made for the people that Evolve has worked with since we started.

The Urban blend is packed full of B complex vitamins and other antioxidants to fight pollution because cities are pretty 🤮

🧠 Then we have added large doses of Ashwagandha and Rhodiola which are powerful herbal adaptogens specifically added to help your body deal with stress and create a sharper mind.

🌞 Sadly in this country we never get enough sun so we’ve put your daily dose of vitamin D in as well 😎

💪 Then it’s got protein in because it’s a protein shake 🤷‍♂️

let’s do this!!!

In July we ran a 7 day challenge for a group of men to see how best to kick start peoples training after a load of time off. We actually ended up with a group of guys who were already training but still managed to make an impact over the short period. Online training can work but there are a lot of rules that must stay the same as before the world went mad!

If you have trained in the past but now find yourself way off the right path then I want you to let me guide you back to the light over a week.

Ideally to be in this challenge you need to tick the following attributes..

✅ Over 35 years old and a man
✅ Have trained in the past with a trainer or without
✅ Have NOT trained with any solid structure for at least 3 months
✅ Be pi**ed off that you are fat/skinny
✅ Be willing to commit to 7 days of diet, training and learning

🚨 This will not be easy but it will get you back on the straight and narrow

Drop a comment along the lines of "IN" if you are indeed "IN" but if you're not "IN" then you don't need to write "OUT" unless you are OUT OUT! God speed

Half an hour – or even just 20 minutes – is all you need to exhaust your muscles and make serious gains with Escalating Density Training (EDT).

“This is a method performed not by sets or reps, but by time,” explains

“In the example below we use bench press and bent-over row, because they are opposing muscle groups meaning that as you do one exercise, in theory, you’re resting the other.

“We estimate the 10-rep max for each exercise and aim to do 8 reps with good form before moving onto the next. Form must stay correct, so after a few sets you must begin to drop the repetitions all the way down to 1 rep if that’s what you need to do.

“The only number that we look at is the total number of reps performed per exercise. That will be your PB for that pairing the aim is to beat it next time. If you improve by more than 20 per cent you must up the weight by a minimum of 5 per cent and restart the count.

“Anyone who struggles to find the time to work out will massively benefit from this type of volume training. Even if you only have 10 minutes, you can pair two exercises and get a decent session in.”

THE EDT WORKOUT:

(20 mins non-stop / 8 reps per exercise)

1a. Bench Press
1b. Bent-over Row

If you’re a dad or not you can get involved. The more the merrier. Hurt yourself with booze and food if it pleases you and then get serious Monday.

I say the word FAT here a lot. Some people are fat. Some people are fat and sad about it. Some people are fat and give no f&£ks. To be honest it doesn’t matter, we all have to be happy in our own skin (apart from buffalo Bill) but that’s the problem most of us just aren’t. Think of it as a journey you just need to get a wriggle on and takes steps away from Fatsville 🤷‍♂️ apologies for referring to myself as better than 99.9% of people I cringed a bit at that....I nearly don’t believe it’s true though if that helps.

This time last year myself and my brother started filming for “Get a holiday body” we made some fantastic friends in the camera crew brutal Kate such a good laugh these girls are ! And last night they came and watched us in !!were still being healthy ( with a few moments of weakness... due to the cast loving sugar lol) but over all we are still 2 n a half stone lighter, due to this process and mentoring from , we also got told last night that the show was the most watched channel 5 show of last year!! And it has now been sold across the world including in flight entertainment on planes!! Waghhh!! So while your snacking on pringles you can watch us sweat lol!
I couldn’t be more proud of Ant on his first night in the show, slotting into a show and company of people who have been working together for 9 months already isn’t easy . Well done man, it’s been a long year of phone calls and you badgering me 😆 I luv you like family . Well done !

Goal setting is so important. Embarking on a fitness regime is the same as any journey. You need to know where you are starting from and you need to know exactly where you want to go. Not the rough area but the exact place that you need to go. So in fitness terms you need to know exactly where you are now as in what do you weigh? How muscle muscle and fat do you have? What are your fitness levels like? After this you need to be honest with yourself about what exactly do you really want to achieve? Not just what you think you are capable of but what you really want.

Set big goals. Go all in and don't sell yourself short! ********************************************

I’ve started a podcast because it turns out I like to talk for longer than 60 seconds on a subject. I’ve just got too much knowledge in my head you see :)

This sound bite is about how the first week of training will go for most of you! The first week of a new fitness journey is usually horrific. If you enjoy your first week then most likely I would suspect that you have gone too easy on yourself. The mantra no pain no gain is 100% true when it comes to getting incredible results from your body. You are sore because you have broken down the muscle tissue. You are sad because you are removing refined sugars and all the beer. You are spending less time binging on Netflix. You have to say no to those after work beers. It hurts mentally and physically. BUT this is only really in the first month or so as it DOES get easier. After the first month everyone says they actually miss being sore and I see the worried look in peoples eyes as they try to find a body part which is sore. "Why aren't I sore anymore?" might be one of the most asked questions I get as you begin to worry that if you aren't in pain then it will have stopped working. You've just got fitter......welcome glad you made it! ********************************************
