DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEADLIFT AND RDL

1. Bar starting point
2. Amount of knee bend - RDLs have less knee bend to isolate the posterior chain muscles
3. Relative strength = deadlift more load lifted / RDL - hypertrophy and strength more isolation!
