Sunday Sessions , today would normally be a rest day but because I have a week off work I thought I’d cheat a little 😎💪🏼

At nearly 56 I can’t do things I could at 36 however I have to go to work to pay the bills , my job is to deliver tonnes of beer for 5 days a week. The way I look at things is -
if I don’t train and increase strength and conditioning the job becomes harder, I know I’ve because experienced it! the press-ups , the pull ups , the jogging I do is all part of the battle to try to give myself a better chance of making it to retirement healthy 🙏🏼 and if I can raise money for a worthy charity like the Francis House along the way then it’s a winner winner! 😜🫵🏼

Even getting a few in after work during walking Sonny , I think I’ve gone mad 😜🫵🏼💥

Finishing up at the Knott End Sports and Social club , time for a well earned week off next week with 300 press-ups done today and a new week record of 1,200 press-ups along with all them tonnes of beer delivered 👏🏼🕺🏼💪🏼
