In the first pic I was overweight, not exercising, eating and drinking whatever and not happy within myself. Cut to nearly a year later and I'm now eating healthily, drinking alcohol in moderation, consistently exercising and feel so much more positive.
Losing fat is simple but it is not easy. Just focus on losing that next pound instead of obsessing over your end goal.
My transformation is far from over so watch out for the post to see the differences I will have made in the coming months.

Hi guys,
This is my Personal Trainer/fitness page which has taken longer than I had hoped for but anyway we are here now💪
I've been going to the gym for nearly 10 years now and I'm happy to say the days are gone where I would spend hours making my biceps bigger and find the right lighting to make them look bigger.
My fitness journey has seen me go through nearly every body type as I've battled with trying to put muscle on and ending looking like the michelin man and then trying to get lean and turn out looking like a stick.
